Preparation for 2-Year AA Degree (ADN):

* High school Algebra I or Porterville College’s Math 55 is a required prerequisite and should be completed prior to Chemistry 106.

* Courses listed above are prerequisites for the bachelor’s degree nursing program as well as the California State University breadth requirements.

** To fulfill PC graduation requirements, one of the Area C courses must be an ethnic studies course; 2 credits of physical education are required (if under age 21 at graduation); and Education 101 must be completed.
