What do I do if I lost my PC Pirate Campus Visa® Check Card or my KSFCU ATM Card?

If you lose your PC Pirate Campus Visa® Check Card, you must contact Lost or Stolen Card Services at (800) 449-7728 or Cardholder Services at (888) 918-7727. They are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience.

If you lose your KSFCU ATM Card, you must contact Kern Schools Federal Credit Union Communication Center at (661) 833-7900 or (800) 221-3311 Monday-Friday 7:00 am-7:00pm and Saturday 7:00am-2:00pm.

 

 

 

 

 

What do I do if I lost my Financial Aid Check?

If your financial aid check is lost or stolen, you must visit the Kern Schools Federal Credit Union Campus Service Center in the Financial Aid Office during their regular business hours to let them know.

Students must sign an Indemnity Agreement form with the Kern Schools Federal Credit Union representative. When the Indemnity Agreement is signed and processed by KSFCU, a replacement check will be re-issued to the student after 10 days.
