Dates to Remember:

April 15	Summer and Fall 2008 Web Registration by appointment ONLY for CONTINUING students, (according to completion of matriculation components and completed credits). The priority registration date assigned to you may be viewed by accessing your secured account at www.portervillecollege.edu.

May 8	Open registration begins

Sept. 5	Last day to drop SEMESTER-length course and qualify for refund. (10% date)

Sept. 8	First Census

Sept. 22	Last day to drop SEMESTER-length courses and not have it appear on transcript (30%). Credit/no credit or letter grade option deadline.

Nov. 2	Last day to drop SEMESTER-length courses without a penalty letter grade (60%)

Summer 2009
June 15	Summer Instruction Begins
June 17 –	10% date - Last day to drop SEMESTER-length course and qualify for refund
June 19 -	Census - Last day to enroll in and add semester classes for Summer 2009
June 24 -	30% date - Last day to drop summer length course and not have it appear on the transcript. Credit/No Credit or letter grade options deadline – see catalogue for procedures.
July 8 -	60% date - Last day to drop summer length course without a letter grade penalty and receive a ?W?
	Census (drop) dates will vary for short-term courses scheduled in the summer.
	Students may view their registration appointments by logging into ?My BanWeb? two weeks prior to the start of Priority Registration. You are encouraged to follow the Educational Plan developed with your counselor. You can call the Counseling Center to make an appointment with a counselor or stop by the Student Services Department.
Fall 2009
August 24	Fall Instruction Begins
August 29	Saturday Classes Begin for Fall
